U Šemíka - Hotel and restaurant (named for the horse
of the Prague saga) is only a few steps ahead from the
entrance gate of Prague's oldest national cultural monument - Vysehrad, in the area of which are among other things
the pseudo-gothic cathedral of Saint Peter and Paul,
as well as the rotunda of Saint Martin and the cemetery
"Slavín", in which are buried more than 600 personalities
from Czech culture and science including Antonin Dvorak,
Bedrich Smetana, Jan Neruda, Karel Capek and
Jaroslav Heyrovsky.2 houses offer comfortable
